• Providing accurate business information for automation
• Ensuring your automations follow legal guidelines
We provide tools — you are responsible for lawful usage.
7. Billing & Payments
All subscriptions are billed monthly. By subscribing, you agree:
• To pay all fees associated with your plan
• That fees are non-refundable once billed
• That upgrades are billed immediately
• That downgrades take effect on your next billing cycle
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with notice.
8. Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You misuse communication tools
• Payments fail or remain delinquent
• Your usage poses a security risk

No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

AI automation must be monitored and configured by the user.

Our platform may integrate with third-party services (LeadConnector, Gmail, Outlook, Meta, Google, etc.).
We are not responsible for:
• Outages
• Data loss
• API changes
• Failed integrations
• Third-party terms or updates
You agree to comply with any applicable third-party policies.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• Atlas AI Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 3 months
This includes issues caused by AI-generated content, miscommunication, or automation failures.

• Customer response rates
• Review generation
• Appointment volume

14. Indemnification

• User-submitted content or automations
